WEITEK names new CEO

WEITEK named Richard Bohnet as president and chief executive officer. Bohnet replaces interim CEO David
Gellatly, who will remain a director of Weitek.
Mr. Bohnet was most recently president and CEO of Acumen International.
Weitek Corporation (WWTK) makes processors and controllers that enhance the performance of standard operating
systems, user interfaces and application software. The company's products are used to build faster and
more intuitive desktop computers and peripherals.
